Week 4 (or there abouts): RSS feeds

Feeling somewhat out of my depth and with help from the lovely Theary I have completed week 4.
I can see that having up to date feeds on topics of interest could be useful.
With family members overseas I can see bloglines as an easy way of keeping abreast of issues that are of local interest in the areas that they are travelling. Sort of like a global traffic report.
